So on this day, I met up with 2 of my lovely girls, Roanna (who just got back from Jkt) & Leelee plus 2 of Lee's frenz, Carmen & Vicky.. No, I've not changed my taste in sexual preference yet... Don't think it will ever be...
Dinner was at Xian De Lai Hotpot which is my fav outlet though service is a bit slow, but that is still acceptable in exchange for the really cool air on 2nd floor seating..

While waiting for the soup to boil after putting in the first round of ingredients, we did a bit of cam-whoring... 3 of us took a decent pic... then a nice shot of Carmen taking a bite of the dried chilli from the 四川辣子鸡 soup base and the steam from the hotpot made her looked as if she was fuming... Vicky wanted a nice background but Lee spoiled it with her holding a plate of fish slices...

Looking at how pro Roanna was with handling that plate of fish paste, it goes to show Alf had done an excellent job on teaching her the basics of a good wife... Way to go, bro~ kekeke... Lee might want to learn?
After dinner plan was ad-hoc, we had nothing in mind on what to do next exactly but wanted to spend more time together since we 3 don't meet often... so we 5 walked back to Bugi Junction, did a bit of shopping @ Watsons... after which, Vicky dropped us off at Selegie 'cos we decided to go for a drink... then Carmen left too....... so 3 of us went in search of a good place to chit chat... and we really did looked~~"TCC @ Paradize Ctr - Closed for reno
Mr Bean opp Paradize Ctr - No table
Hong Kong Cafe @ Peace Ctr - Table available but put off by the bad ventilation
TCC @ SMU - Closing in 30mins by the time we reached"
before we finally settled for Pool Junction, a ktv pub which closes at 2am i think.... got ourselves a sofa seat facing the door.. cosy ambience & a good singing crowd.. though occassionally the pleasure listening was being interrupted by a grp of ugly sounding youngsters... Had an interesting girls talk, and of cos a fair share of cam-whoring again too...

Someone told me that Vday sucks (either he was joking or probably he's just feeling lonesome..) But to me, it's only the date which is special.. Other than that, it's just a normal weekend where I don't have to wake up early to go work and able to have some 'Me' time to do whatever I want... I did and I enjoyed it very much... :)
